Die ascaso Steel Duo PID ist das Topmodell der Steel Reihe. Neben allen Vorzügen der Uno PID kommt noch der separate Dampfkreis dazu. Dieser ist dank modernster Technik so optimiert, dass man den herkömmlichen Boiler nicht vermisst. Der Dampf ist gradgenau über die PID Steuerung von 110º bis 165º einstellbar und kommt mit 25% mehr Power daher, als es bei dem Vorgängermodell der Fall war. Über das Drehrad lässt sich der Dampf problemlos regeln – so kann der ambitionierte Heim-Barista den optimalen Milchschaum herstellen. Die gradlinige Ästhetik der Maschine unterstreicht die hier gebotene Moderne auch optisch auf perfekte Art und Weise.
